IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain man facing a felony assault charge will be re-arraigned in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

Thirty-four-year-old Dominic Isaiah Davis is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, as well as being a habitual offender.

The charges came after an alleged assault on the 100 block of Stockbridge Avenue in Iron Mountain on November 4.

At the re-arraignment, Davis will have the opportunity to change his not guilty plea.  If he chooses not to change his plea, the case will go to trial.

The re-arraignment is scheduled for February 28.
