A personal injury accident in Humboldt Township sends several to the hospital

HUMBOLDT TWP -- Slick road conditions sent many on western Marquette County roads to area hospitals Saturday.

Several personal injury incidents were reported after motorists lost control of their vehicles.

Airbags and seatbelts are believed to have minimized injuries in a three-car accident in Humboldt Township late Saturday afternoon.

An eastbound vehicle lost control and slid sideways, striking one vechile head-on, and another when it bounced back into its lane.  Two drivers were sent to local hospitals. Officials believe the four individuals involved have survived the incident.
