DICKINSON COUNTY -- After less than a month in their new facility at the Crystal Lake Community Center, the Dickinson YMCA kicked off their scheduled programming sessions Monday.
The programs range from fitness classes to several youth programs, club sports, and even aquatics.
Most of the programming will take place in the facility's gymnasium and pool area, but this month, the YMCA plans to introduce an exercise facility as well.
"It's been a really long process; we started three or five years back, working on just trying to get the YMCA going, and now that we're finally here in a facility, it's really an amazing feeling to be able to start programs," said Program Director Aimee Tatangelo.
