NEGAUNEE -- Roads became slushy Saturday afternoon before becoming almost completely snow-covered.

Right now, the Michigan State Police is reporting that most counties that border Lake Superior are reporting snowy, wet roads.

Many major roadways are icy, snow-covered, and slushy.

Spots to watch out for if you'll be travelling later Saturday night or Sunday are M-28 from Newberry to Marquette, US-41 from Marquette to Calumet, and M-35 from Negaunee to Gladstone.

For the latest road conditions, you can visit the Michigan State Police's website here.
