IRON COUNTY -- A Caspian couple charged with stealing money from unoccupied homes appeared today in Iron County trial court.
Rebecca Lee Thunander, 32, and 30-year-old Ryan Roy Thunander waived their preliminary examinations and pled not guilty to the charges.
Rebecca Thunander is charged with breaking and entering and larceny in a building. She is also being charged fourth time habitual offender.
Ryan Thunander is also charged with breaking and entering and being an accessory to a felony.
Their pretrials are scheduled for January 31.
