Fisher and Trobridge

TRENARY -- It appears the case of alleged ethnic intimidation in Alger County will be going to trial.

Max Charles Fisher and Casey Trobridge had until Thursday to make a plea in the case.

The men are accused of targeting a biracial couple from Trenary in July of this year.

A plea was not entered with the Alger County Circuit Court by the end of Thursday, which means a trial will be held.

At this time, dates for the trial have not been set.
