MUNISING -- A man accused of injuring a woman in a drunk driving snowmobile accident was in Alger County Circuit Court on Thursday.

The incident occurred last March when Nathan Curry allegedly struck another snowmobile and threw its two occupants.  Curry was later arrested for operating under the influence.

Thursday, Curry's attorney argued several motions, among them that Curry was under the legal limit for alcohol on a snowmobile and the suppressing of a blood test when Curry revoked his consent.

"If the court rules in our favor, the case could end there," said Beth LaCosse, Curry's attorney.  "I thought there's some very fascinating legal issues in this case, and I thought we laid the motions out fairly well."

The judge will issue his decision on the motions in the coming weeks.
