Thirty-four-year-old Dominic Isaiah Davis pled not guilty Monday to felonious assault

IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain man charged with assault was arraigned Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

Thirty-four-year-old Dominic Isaiah Davis pled not guilty to felonious assault.  He is also being charged as a third time habitual offender.

Davis allegedly stabbed a 32-year-old woman in November.

Her injuries were not life threatening.

Davis’ pretrial is scheduled for January 10, 2011.
