HOUGHTON -- The Michigan Tech professor accused of criminal sexual conduct with a minor pled guilty Friday.
Sixty-two-year-old John Henry Adler agreed to plead to the lesser charge of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. In return, the prosecution dismissed the charge of second degree CSC and agreed to not bring any other charges in the case.
The judge continued bond for Adler who is currently on leave from the university.
No date has been set for sentencing.
Adler is facing up to two years behind bars.
