MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP -- The new traffic light installed at the US-41/Commerce Drive intersection in Marquette Township should be fully operational next Tuesday.

The new signal is still in flashing mode with a yellow caution light for US-41 traffic and a red flashing stop signal for Commerce Drive traffic.

The median barricades remain in place to prevent drivers from getting stuck between signals.

They'll be coming down, opening the new roadway to thru traffic when the signal becomes active November 23.
