IRON MOUNTAIN -- A Coleman, Wisconsin man facing charges of delivering heroin has been bound over to circuit court.
Thirty-five-year-old Rogers Lee Shealy had his preliminary examination Wednesday in Dickinson County.
Shealy is charged with three counts of delivery of heroin and one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin.
The judge determined the prosecution proved probable cause in its argument to bound the defendant over to circuit court.
Detective Lieutenant Todd Formolo was part of the investigation and described what he observed.
"Each time I was able to identify individuals coming and going from that location were individuals that I dealt with in the past that are know drug users. They would park right in front of the house, right behind the house, or even a block away," said Formolo.
Shealy will be arraigned in Dickinson County Circuit Court November 22.
