MUNISING -- The case against a 29-year-old Munising man accused of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old Munising woman will be moving ahead.
Brian Robert Wachter is charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct.
After the judge heard the victim's testimony, the case was moved to Circuit Court.
Wachter's attorney requested that his bond of $50,000 be reduced, but the judge denied the request.
Wachter's Circuit Court arraignment is set for November 15. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
