MUNISING -- Two Alger County men were in court Monday morning for a pretrial hearing on ethnic intimidation charges, but nothing came of it. The hearing was rescheduled for November 15.
Max Charles Fisher and Casey Trobridge face up to two years in prison and $5,000 in fines if convicted.
The charges stem from a July 17 incident in Trenary, where a biracial couple said they were the target of racial threats by Fisher and Trobridge.
The trial is set for January 26 and 27 next year.
