Keeping skills sharp during the winter
IRON MOUNTAIN -- There's a new business in Iron Mountain, giving bow hunters a chance to perfect their craft. J and J Indoor Archery is a bow hunting range open to hunters year round, and it's the only indoor archery facility in the Iron Mountain area.
Owners Jeff Solka and Jared Buchanan are hoping to draw hunters looking to sharpen their skills during the season and off-season.
"It'll be nice throughout the winter to be involved in leagues, have league shooting, and generally keep up with your shooting skills all winter long and throughout the summer," said Solka.
J and J Archery is also opening a hunting supply shop.
