ISHPEMING -- The next phase of a project to get kids into warm clothes before winter hits takes place Wednesday.

Wesley United Methodist Church in Ishpeming is working with other groups and individuals in the community on the "Keep Kids Warm" project.

Wednesday afternoon, volunteers will be dropping off donation bags at homes so that residents can fill them up with coats, boots, hats, gloves--whatever outdoor clothing kids need.

The donations will be picked up on Saturday, October 16.  The clothing will eventually be handed out at the Ishpeming Armory on Saturday, October 23.
