Business After Hours being held
ISHPEMING -- In the start of its fourth week, the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce now has 39 members.
Director Elizabeth Peterson says the response has been phenomenal, and area business owners are energized about the new chamber of commerce.
Tuesday, the chamber will be hosting its first Business After Hours.
"This is just an opportunity for business owners and residents to get the board and the new director, myself, all in one place so they can ask their questions, meet the entire board. There's been a lot of questions like who's on the board, where are they from, how did it come into existence, and so they can come and bring those questions and get them all answered at one time," said Peterson.
The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Country Village Banquet and Conference Center in Ishpeming.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
