Makes three stores in Marquette
MARQUETTE -- Drivers on US-41 in Marquette may have noticed a familiar business in a new location Wednesday.
A Subway Restaurant opened in the building formerly occupied by Fazoli's Restaurant.
This is the third Subway in Marquette, along with West Washington and Presque Isle Avenue locations.
The new sandwich shop has more seating, wi-fi, and will soon have a drive-through window.
"And we're simply opening to better serve our customers; we have great people in the City of Marquette that support us very well, and we're simply trying to do a better job, so the lines aren't quite so long," said Subway owner, Rick Holmes.
Subway also serves breakfast and is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
