It happened in Ford River in June
DELTA COUNTY -- The accident involving a motorcycle and a car that killed an Iowa couple on M-35 in Ford River last month is being reviewed by the Delta County Prosecutor.
David Awbrey and his wife, Karen, were killed when their motorcycle collided with an oncoming gray car which entered their lane after being rear-ended by a red car.
Prosecutor Steve Parks is reviewing both reports from the Sheriff's Department and the State Police to see if any charges will be brought against one or both of the drivers of the cars.
Parks says it will be at least a few weeks before anything is decided.
