Remaining two suspects to serve time and probation
ESCANABA -- Two out of the four Detroit men arrested during a drug bust in Escanaba two months ago were sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court Wednesday.
One will spend the next several months behind bars.
Thirty-four-year-old Levoan Tillmon of Escanaba was sentenced to nine months in jail and two years probation. In May, Tillmon pleaded guilty to maintaining a drug house.
Twenty-three-year-old Calvin Sims, who pled guilty to attempted delivery of marijuana, was also sentenced. He was sentenced to one year probation and 50 days in jail, with 50 days credit for time served.
Tillmon and Sims are the last of the four men arrested in the drug bust to be sentenced.
