ESCANABA -- The Gladstone woman accused of embezzling thousands of dollars from Lakestate Industries in Escanaba will spend the next few months behind bars.
Janet Bussineau, 56, was sentenced to three months in jail and five years probation.
In May, Bussineau plead no contest to embezzlement by an agent or trustee of more than $1,000 but less than $20,000.
Bussineau was an office manager at the non-profit agency for 22 years.
The judge ordered she pay $23,700 in restitution.
