FORSYTH TOWNSHIP -- A Forsyth Township man will end up in circuit court later this year for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Thirty-four-year-old Robert Sebeck is being charged with using a computer to commit a crime and possessing child abusive material.
Sebeck faces up to seven years in jail for the first charge and four years for the pornography. He is also being charged as a habitual offender since he was convicted of the same crime in 2005 which could increase his sentence by half.
Police found the material on Sebecks computer after a three-month investigation.
Sebeck should be in circuit court sometime late fall.
