Every Wednesday until September
NEGAUNEE -- Fresh produce, live music, food and fun at the second summer of the Jackson Mine Farmer's Market in downtown Negaunee.
Every Wednesday through the end of September, vendors will be open for business in Jackson Mine Park from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m.
Seven vendors showed up for opening day, but organizers hope to have a consistent dozen vendors through the summer months.
"We have growers, producers, local crafters and food vendors, bakeries and sweet vendors, and all of the produce and all of the products that you see here are all either crafted locally or made here or grown here," said Market Coordinator, Bill Brazier.
In addition to the Wednesday Farmer's Markets starting in June, the market will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., and the Jackson Mine Flea and Artisan's Market will be open for business.
