Police have a suspect in custody

NEGAUNEE -- Negaunee police have arrested a man suspected of breaking into the Beef-A-Roo restaurant on US-41 Tuesday morning.

Police were called to the scene at 5:12 a.m.

The drive-through window had been smashed and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.

Information obtained from a witness led to the arrest of 28-year-old Jason Robert Colcombe of Gwinn.

Colcombe was charged with breaking and entering with intent and possession of analogues (Clonazepam).
