MDOT crews are currently replacing the bypass where Front Street meets US-41 and M-28 with a roundabout, in Marquette. Roundabouts are designed to maximize traffic flow and safety in an otherwise congested intersection.
However, many residents are concerned that this will cause more problems if people don't know how to properly maneuver the modern traffic circle.
