MARQUETTE -- The H1N1 virus is making a comeback in some areas of the nation.

Southeastern states, such as Georgia and North Carolina, have seen an increase in the number of cases.  Experts aren't sure if it's the start of a third wave or just a fluke.

So far, Michigan hasn't seen a change in the number of reported swine flu cases.

"The incidents of flu in Michigan has been sporadic for a couple of months, and I don't believe we've had a death due to influenza since February, so we think we've been pretty successful with our vaccination campaign which we'd like to think helped in the process," said Fred Benzie, Marquette City Health Officer.

Experts are still encouraging those who haven't yet received an H1N1 vaccine to do so.
