DELTA COUNTY -- A former Delta County corrections officer is back in court and has been re-charged with child pornography.

Recently, 35-year-old William Johnson was re-charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material, from an alleged incident in 2007.

In August of 2008, Johnson was initially charged with illegal computer access charges along with possession of child pornography allegedly found on his home computer.

However, in March of last year the case was dismissed locally, and he pleaded no contest to a lesser charge was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Now, the case has been picked back up and has been bound over to circuit court.

A plea date is still pending.
