Construction of townhomes has already begun on parcel one.

MARQUETTE -- We may learn more about what's next for the Founder's Landing development in Marquette Monday evening.

Construction of townhomes has already begun on parcel one, but parcel three is still in question.

The Marquette City Commission is meeting with the Marquette Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Authority to discuss the options.

The original plan for parcel three by the Landing Development Group is proposed hotels, restaurants, commercial and office space, as well as more residential housing.

Groundbreaking for a new hotel was set to begin in April of this year.
