Involved a semi-truck and a minivan in Iron Mountain
IRON MOUNTAIN -- An accident Monday afternoon involving a semi-truck and a minivan in Iron Mountain sent one person to the hospital.
The accident happened around 12:45 p.m. CST Monday on US-2 in front of the Timbers Motor Lodge.
Paramedics removed the person from the van on a stretcher before taking him to the hospital.
There is no word on the cause of the accident.
The Iron Mountain Police Department is expected to release a statement Tuesday morning.
