A decision has been made in the power line dispute concerning the judge's conflict of interest issue.

MARQUETTE -- A decision has been made in the power line dispute concerning the judge's conflict of interest issue.

Alger-Delta Electric Co-op is suing property owner Tom Baldwin for not allowing them to run power lines through his property.

Last week Judge Solka, who heard the case, identified himself as a customer of the power company and that could pose a potential conflict of interest.

Today, the attorneys announced they were waiving any conflict, and Judge Solka could remain on the case.
