Judge Nebel was removed from the bench for 90 days without pay.
MANISTIQUE -- The Alger Schoolcraft County Judge who pled guilty to driving while impaired last year has been suspended from the bench.
The Michigan Supreme Court suspended Judge Charles Nebel for 90 days without pay. The suspension starts in three weeks.
Judge Nebel was stopped last July by police who clocked him driving at 105 mph. His blood alcohol level was .09 percent.
Last September, Judge Nebel was sentenced to probation and fined $1,200.
