Michigan State Police say a 2002 Ford Ranger pick-up was traveling west-bound on the highway, too fast for the conditions.

NEGAUNEE TWP -- No injuries were reported, but it was a nasty scene along US-41 in Negaunee Township shortly before noon Tuesday.

Michigan State Police say a 2002 Ford Ranger pick-up was traveling west-bound on the highway, too fast for the conditions.

The driver hit her brakes to slow down, lost control, and flipped into the ditch.

The State Police would like to remind motorists to take it easy on the roads in dangerous winter conditions.
