EBEN JUNCTION -- The investigation of a missing Alger County woman has brought the Michigan State Police back to the home of David Havens.

Friday, a canine police unit was searching the Eben Junction property.  They started searching around 12:30 in the afternoon, looking for clues to the whereabouts of 64-year-old Mary Ann Tautkus.

She was reported missing by Havens, her husband, on August 31.  But he says he hasn't seen her since early May.

Police say Friday's search is part of their investigation, which they're expanding.

They're asking anyone who may have seen Mary Ann Tautkus this spring or summer to contact the Munising State Police Post.

You can call them at (906) 387-4551.
