Eric Steven Boehmfeldt entered a no contest plea last month, cancelling the jury trial which had been scheduled to start Monday.

DICKINSON COUNTY -- The case of a Wisconsin man charged with operating while intoxicated and causing serious injury is not going to trial in Dickinson County.

Eric Steven Boehmfeldt entered a no contest plea last month, cancelling the jury trial which had been scheduled to start Monday.

His sentencing date is scheduled for November 23.
