The chain of doing good deeds continues.
NEGAUNEE -- Nancy Stoll has spent the afternoon baking chocolate muffins. But instead of sitting down to eat them later, she'll be doing her part to pay it forward to a friend. It's a simple act to payback for a favor that was done a few months ago.
"When I had my accident this summer, she arranged with our whole lunch group and had meals brought in for 10 days for us until I was able to be up and around again," explained Nancy.
Nancy chose to make muffins to honor one of Lisa's favorite foods...chocolate. And she's hoping Lisa will enjoy indulging.
For Lisa, she never expected to be repaid for a simple favor.
"It was a surprise to receive chocolate muffins. Nancy knows one of my favorite things is chocolate. We decided I can't live without chocolate or Diet Coke," described Lisa.
Now, with a plateful of muffins, it's up to Lisa to pay it forward.
