MARQUETTE -- The Central Upper Peninsula chapter of the American Red Cross continues their heroes campaign to raise money for local disaster relief.

On Wednesday, they raised $400 from Culver's in Marquette as the restaurant donated 10 percent of their sales to the organization.  It'll help with the Red Cross' goal of raising $10,000.

Up next, a 5k race in Escanaba.

"The Chilly Chase is coming this upcoming Saturday in Ludington Park; it helps raise money for everything from disaster relief to community first aid and safety in the community, community health education," said T.J. Bartczak of the American Red Cross.
