The Marquette Rotary held their annual Super Bowl Sunday Pancake Breakfast.

MARQUETTE -- Pour, flip, serve--that was the game plan Sunday morning for the Marquette Rotary Club's Super Bowl Sunday Pancake Breakfast.

With more than 60 players, the Rotarians were able to hold down the crowd of hungry locals.

Now in its 33rd year, the fund-raiser brings in anywhere between $15,000 and $20,000 which will be distributed to a number of different agencies, such as the YMCA, the Beacon House, and the Humane Society.

"It's running pretty smoothly," said Joe Havican.  "Everybody knows what they're doing, and we've been doing it for so many years that it's just like clock work."

By the end of the 4th quarter of the pancake breakfast, the Marquette Rotary Club served around 1,200 people--each empty plate, a touchdown for their fund-raising goal.
