Detroit man gets a 68 day sentence.
ESCANABA -- A Detroit man is back on the streets after serving two months in the Delta County Jail for controlled substance charges.
Twenty-seven-year-old Theodore Davis was arrested in Gladstone in November for attempted delivery and manufacturing of marijuana. He pled guilty to the charge a few weeks later.
Davis was sentenced Monday to 68 days in jail, but he was freed because he had already served that much time.
Davis also had his driver's license suspended and was fined $120 to pay state fees.
