ESCANABA -- The former Delta County Corrections officer facing charges of illegal computer access and possession of child pornography is expected to make a plea next week.

He's also charged with one felony count of possession of child abusive material that was later found on his home computer.

Johnson is expected to make a plea in the case on December 3.
