MARQUETTE -- Business may be struggling nationwide, but talk to one of Marquette's best-known stores, and you get a different picture.
Getz's clothing store says with the holiday season now underway, they've seen an increase in their in-store and online sales.
"One thing we've become is kind of a destination store where we have great brands," explains manager Dennis Mingay. "We try to keep our prices in a moderate area; where we have prices that are low, medium, and kind of high-end prices."
Mingay also points to their local and national marketing programs, as well as frequent store sales, as reasons for their success during what has been a down time for most other retailers.
