ISHPEMING -- All options are open for Ishpeming School Superintendent Steven Piereson.

Piereson told TV6 on Tuesday that his contract expires at the end of June. However, he says he has made no plans as to what comes next, and that his future is open.

The Ishpeming School Board is looking to form a committee to decide what's next for the district, if Doctor Piereson were to retire, but that is not in the works at this time.

Piereson has been the Ishpeming Superintendent of Schools for 23 years.
