DELTA COUNTY -- One of two suspects charged in the assault and attempted robbery of a Delta County man has pled guilty.
In Delta County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Scott Allen Wahl pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon and attempted larceny from a person. His sentencing is scheduled for April 2.
Wahl and Jeffery Dickerson were both arrested for the alleged assault that took place in December of last year.
Dickerson has been bound over to Delta County Circuit Court on a charge of assault with intent to rob. An arraignment date has not yet been set.
