HOUGHTON -- The Dollar Bay man who was out on probation after pleading no contest to attempted safe breaking was back in Houghton County District Court on Friday on separate charges.

Gordon Matthew Lewis, 22, was in court for allegedly stealing a wallet on Michigan Tech's campus earlier this month. On Friday his case was bound over to circuit court.

Lewis was prohibited from the Michigan Technological University campus after he pled guilty to stealing a wallet and other items from Tech's campus last year.

Regarding Lewis' trespassing charge, the judge said it would be rescheduled for a later date.
