LUCE COUNTY -- The three people charged with breaking into a Luce County home back in June were sentenced on Tuesday.

Thirty-two-year-old Theresa Faye Kinney, 18-year-old Markus Kinney and 21-year-old Zackary Sturgeon all pled guilty to first degree home invasion. The three all received sentences of four to twenty years in prison, along with restitution, fines, and costs.

The trial stemmed from an incident back on June 27, when a resident on County Road 405 in Luce County contacted police after several suspects entered their home and stole prescription drugs.

As part of the plea agreements, charges of assault with intent to rob while armed were dropped.
