Two car crash sends one to hospital

CHOCOLAY TWP. -- A two-vehicle crash in Chocolay Township sent one person to the hospital.

It happened around 10 a.m. On Saturday at the intersection of US-41 and County Road 480. The hospitalized driver was waiting to make a left turn onto CR 480 when another driver failed to stop and rear-ended the car. There were no reported injuries, but the rear-ended driver was sent to Marquette General Hospital as a precaution.

Chocolay Township Police and fire responded to the scene with Michigan State Police and MGH EMS.
