MARQUETTE -- Aubree's Pizza in downtown Marquette is doubling in size.

A horseshoe bar, additional seating and a bigger kitchen are just a few of the improvements.

Aubree's manager says the goal is to make the restaurant like other Aubree's Pizzas across Michigan.

"We will be closed a short time in May because our kitchen will be expanding as well in this process.  We definitely will be open and fully operational by mid June is the expectation," said Aubree's General Manager, Mark Geme.

Once construction is completed, the restaurant says they will also hire an additional 30 workers.
