MARQUETTE -- The Marquette Area Blues Society invites you to shake the winter blues with Grady Champion this Friday night at the Kaufman Auditorium.
Grady Champion, from Mississippi, is an internationally recognized young blues musician. Champion is not just a blues musician, but also an entertainer who brings life to his performances.
This is the first time the Marquette Area Blues Society is hosting an event at the Kaufman Auditorium.
"This is the idea with this show on Friday is to have people come out bring the family and catch some blues that they would not see normally around the area and it's world class entertainment," said Promotions Manager Walt Lindala.
The concert is Friday night at the Kaufman Auditorium, starting at 7:30 p.m. Adult tickets are $12 and students are $5.
