New owners for TV6 & FOX UP

MARQUETTE -- Barrington Broadcasting, the owners of TV6 and FOX UP, has been sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group for $370 million.

Barrington Broadcasting consists of 24 stations in 15 television markets around the country, which includes TV6 and FOX UP.

The sale is pending the approval of various federal agencies.
