ISHPEMING -- A two vehicle crash on Friday in Ishpeming sent two people to the hospital.
Early Friday afternoon Martin Hanninen from Ishpeming was stopped on the Lakeshore Drive/US-41 intersection to make a left turn in his Ford Ranger pickup truck. He drove through a red light and into the path of a black Ford Ranger driven by Robert Johnson from Ishpeming.
Both men were brought to Bell Memorial Hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
Hanninen was cited for failure to yield, but the accident is still under investigation.
