MARQUETTE -- Around 200 people visited the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum in Marquette Sunday evening for a "culinary journey." This is the 12th Annual Culinary Journey.

Fourteen local venues had tables full of food and drinks to offer guests. Between delicious entrees and desserts, to beer and wine, there was something for everyone.

One new venue this year is Elizabeth's Chophouse. They served oysters from the East and West coast.

"It's wonderful to see the community actually get together and enjoy themselves, to sit down and relax and see all the different foods that everyone can bring out," said Chadd Wellman, Executive Chef for the Chophouse.

It was $60 a ticket for the two-hour event. All proceeds go right back to the museum.
