ESCANABA TOWNSHIP -- A Tuesday morning crash on Delta County Road 426 resulted in the death of a 19-year-old passenger, according to officials.
The Delta County Sheriff's Department reported that the crash at 8:45 a.m. happened when a truck travelling on CR 426 struck another truck that was stalled and unoccupied. The 47-year-old driver of the vehicle was injured, and his 19-year-old passenger was killed.
The sheriff's department is still investigating the fatal crash and names are not being released at this time.
